Complete soil analysis — pH, nutrients, structure and drainage capacity. The first concrete step to understand what we are working with.
Website and brand launch
Launch of afineromania.ro, creation of visual identity, opening social media channels and starting pre-order collection.
Visiting productive plantations
We visit established blueberry plantations across Romania to learn directly from experienced producers. We see firsthand what a mature plantation looks like, which varieties perform best, what irrigation systems they use, and what mistakes to avoid. Learning from others before we plant ourselves.
Land preparation and planting
Soil acidity correction, organic fertilization, plot preparation and planting the first blueberry bushes.
Infrastructure preparation
Installing automated irrigation system, cold storage and packaging. Preparing delivery logistics.
First harvest and first deliveries
First fruits! Manual harvesting, careful selection and delivery to waiting list customers. Fresh blueberries, packaged and delivered in 24h.
Expansion and new products
Plantation expansion, introducing processed products (jam, syrup, frozen blueberries) and wholesale partnerships with restaurants and stores.
